Motor Accidents Compensation
The law in NSW allows you to be compensated if you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident regardless of who was at fault, however compensation may be limited to those who are deemed at fault.
The term “motor vehicle accident” generally refers to motor vehicle accidents but it can extend to accidents involving forklifts, buses, tractors and various other motorised vehicles.
If this is the case, then you may be entitled to claim the following:
- Past and future medical and treatment expenses.
- Past and future economic loss.
- The value or cost of past and future care or domestic assistance.
- General damages for pain and suffering (physical and psychological injuries).
