Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2009, Khanh is a highly regarded, experienced and well respected solicitor within the industry with a passion for personal injury and compensation litigation.
Prior to establishing his own practice in 2013, Khanh was a senior case manager / claims and injuries assessor at Employers Mutual Limited (agent for WorkCover) dealing with litigated matters before becoming a practice manager of Brydens Lawyers in 2010. His meteoric rise at Brydens is a testament to his legal acumen and aptitude.
At Brydens, apart from winning cases for his clients, his role also involved managing and mentoring a team of junior personal injury solicitors and paralegals. Khanh is a dedicated, meticulous and empathetic solicitor who has experience in many areas of law and has successfully acted for thousands of clients throughout Australia.
Khanh believes that a client should be treated just as you would want to be treated if you were a client, which is why many clients often develop a longstanding friendship with Khanh even after their cases have finalised.
Khanh is an active member in the NSW Law Society and is also an experienced WIRO (Worker’s Compensation Independent Review Office) approved solicitor.
In his spare time, Khanh enjoys travelling and spending time with his family and friends.
